Great place to stay. Wonderful and professional staff. Lady at the recrption desk was helpful, pleasant and curtious.
We decided to stay away from Old Orchard Beach area because of the noise and trains at night. Ramada is only a 10 minute short drive to the beach. We were able to get a good night sleep. Continental breakfast in the morning was great. Staff was awesome! Especially the young woman at the front desk. Will definitely stay here again next year.
Was a clean and comfortable room but, little things mean a lot, at least in our room. Was disappointed there was no microwave and the refrigerator, although worked was not able to regulate and food froze even when on the bottom part. The tub/shower was slippery as the tub grips were pretty worn off and there was no safety bar in the tub/shower. We did figure the tv out with the help of the desk clerk, but a written tv channel guide would have been helpful. The staff were all very helpful and personable. All in all, it did serve our purpose but for the price of $200.00 + a night, expected more and as I said, little things mean a lot.
The front desk staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location and is very clean and well taken care of. The room we stayed in was reasonably spacious and very clean looking and smelling with spotless sheets, floors, walls, and bathroom fixtures. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, as were the chairs in the room and there were plenty of electrical outlets for all our devices. It's also reasonably quiet. The only drawback was the older version tv with somewhat poor picture quality, with almost half of the stations unavailable. But because we had our own devices, this wasn't a major problem. Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely consider staying there again if we're ever in the area.
Very nice rooms, breakfast was minimal, lots of food items were empty, and lady didn't refill them even though more people were coming in, very disappointed. Front desk people were not very friendly
Clean and convenient. Needs some updating and minor repairs. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Good value.
Halls have lots of rash marks on the walls as do the alls in the rooms. Hot and cold labels on faucet reversed. Faucet drips. Furniture dated. Head board has a hole on each side like for a plug or something but its just there open. Extremely limited tv. No local channels. The bed was very comfortable as we're the pillows. Towels are new as well. Rooms are good size. The place can use some polishing but for a place to sleep it was clean and comfortable
